Our Business Readiness Evaluation (BRE) provides a comprehensive review/audit of your operations and financial documents focusing on key performance metrics that a buyer, investor, or lender is going to focus on. We were in fact, buyers ourselves for over 20 years as we assembled fast growth enterprises primarily via acquistion and leveraging. So, we have a unique advantage in objectively looking at a company that is considering a sale or just desiring to clean up some rough edges and noting the highlights that should be enhanced and the red flags that need to be cleaned up.
Our BRE examines up to 30 key performance indicators (KPIs) along with relevant financial and organizational ratios to identify areas needing attention. This review pinpoints what needs to be improved, enhanced, or modified to optimally prepare a business for a merger, acquisition, or recapitalization. Drawing on our experience as both advisors and former buyers, our evaluations are uniquely attuned to what prospective buyers and investors seek during due diligence.
